Incubator Workspace hire for businesses

Metropolitan Works members can now hire an impressive range of facilities on long term Incubator hire service.

The Incubator Workspace scheme provides businesses and designer makers with untutored access to high-spec, serviced facilities as and when they need them. This service will enable creative businesses to base themselves in a central city of London location and get access to a range of additional business support and facilities at Metropolitan Works.

Businesses can choose to hire either a CAD office or a lockable workshop space to base their business within Metropolitan Works’ building.

Services available to businesses as part of the Incubator hire:
>BUSINESS SUPPORT
Business Needs Analysis (BNA) consultations are available at Metropolitan Works for businesses to discuss and address a number of topics including; business planning, product development, market penetration and access to funding. Alternatively, if the queries are more technical in nature, members can arrange a consultation to discuss manufacturing issues and solutions.

>WORKSHOP SPACE
Lockable workshop- Come complete with a workbench and storage and share access to the Centre’s communal workshop.The impressive wood workshop contains a range of traditional machinery including; thicknesser, lathe, morticer, table saw, dimension saw, band saw and pillar drill.

>CAD OFFICE
Lockable CAD Office with storage space are complete with a range of commercially licensed 3D software and a choice of peripheral equipment are also available.
