Furniture Works aims to establish itself as a central support agency for London’s furniture industry. Set up by Metropolitan Works to encourage innovation in furniture manufacturing, its programme includes business development, showcasing, training and access to digital/CAD CAM technologies and prototyping.

Furniture Manufacturers can benefit from Furniture Works’ New Product Development Programme – an intensive, long term business support package for new product development. Run in collaboration with project partners, it offers all manufacturers, large and small, guidance through the different stages of product development

The Furniture Works project is led by Metropolitan Works and managed by the City Fringe Partnership who also fund the project with finance from the London Development Agency. Many services are free to London based furniture businesses.
